PostgreSQL Support

While we feel PostgreSQL has ample documentation and is in general easy to setup and use but sometimes everyone needs a little help.

Listed below you will find our various support packages. In order to keep our prices as low as possible we have separated consulting from traditional technical support. Support is when you are having a technical problem with an existing system and need some guidance. We consider any work where we perform the work ourselves as consulting. Per Incident PostgreSQL Support

Per incident support is available for $500 per incident Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. After hours, weekend, and holiday incidents are $750.

Includes E-mail and Phone support. Intended for larger organizations with more frequent incidents or need faster response times. Up to 5 support incidents per month. 6 business hour response for outages, 1 business day otherwise.

Includes E-mail and Phone support for organizations and the need for 24/7 availability. Up to 10 support incidents per month. 4 business hour response for outages, 1 business day otherwise.
